You have connected to the CoachUSA WiFi Zone.

The CoachUSA WiFi Zone is a free service allowing CoachUSA passengers to connect to the Internet using their WiFi enabled mobile devices.

You may not use the CoachUSA WiFi Zone unless you have selected "Connect" on the start page, indicating that you have read, understand, and agree to this terms of service agreement. You must agree to these terms of service each time you access the CoachUSA WiFi Zone and with each device you use to connect to it. CoachUSA will make a reasonable effort to make WiFi services available free of charge to every passenger. However, if the WiFi service is unavailable, no refund will be issued.

The CoachUSA WiFi Zone is an open public wireless network and not inherently secure. CoachUSA cannot and does not guarantee the privacy of your data or device security while connected to the CoachUSA WiFi Zone. It is your responsibility to safeguard against interception of data transmissions or device security attacks. CoachUSA takes no responsibility in the loss, corruption, or interception of data or security information residing on the device or being transmitted through the CoachUSA WiFi Zone.

CoachUSA takes no responsibility in the corruption or damage of devices connected to the CoachUSA WiFi Zone. The CoachUSA WiFi Zone utilizes broadband connectivity provided by various wireless/cellular providers. Connectivity to the internet may be interrupted without warning from time to time, as the CoachUSA passes through areas with limited or no wireless/cellular signal strength. Connectivity speeds to the internet may vary depending on the number of passengers connected and the amount of bandwidth available.

Terms of Service

• You agree that the CoachUSA WiFi Zone, and the associated internet connectivity has been provided to you as a CoachUSA passenger. If you are not a CoachUSA passenger, you must disconnect from the WiFi Zone.
• You understand the CoachUSA WiFi Zone is an open public wireless network and not inherently secure, and that you are solely responsible for the security of your data and devices.
• You understand the CoachUSA WiFi Zone is available to you "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind.
• You agree to not use the CoachUSA WiFi Zone in a manner prohibited by any federal, state, provincial, or local law or regulation.
• You agree to refrain from using devices connected to the CoachUSA WiFi Zone to access websites, internet content, or internet services that may be deemed as inappropriate. You agree to refrain from transmitting or receiving content via data transmissions that may be deemed as inappropriate. Inappropriate content can include, but is not limited to material that is, obscene, offensive, objectionable, malicious, or illegal.
• You agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

CoachUSA reserves the right to:

• Filter websites, internet content, internet services, or data transmissions that it deems as inappropriate. Inappropriate content can include, but is not limited to material that is, obscene, offensive, objectionable, malicious, or illegal.
• Block access to the CoachUSA WiFi Zone to anyone violating the terms of this service agreement, or for any other reason.
• Although not required to, monitor any data communications passing through the CoachUSA WiFi Zone.
• Change the terms of service at any time without notice.
